Our mission is to bring more play and learning opportunities to young children and their families in the Northern Neck. We have many great resources here in our community, but, unfortunately, they are mostly geared towards older children, leaving parents of infants and toddlers with few options. The first three years of a child’s life lay the foundation for the rest of their lives and play is a keystone of their development.
